Terms & Disclaimer

Last updated 9 October 2026

Plain terms for a plain business. Read sections 2 and 7 even if you read nothing else: they are the ones that matter.

1What this is

The Money Game is performance education for traders, run from the Netherlands by K Hasan. The books and the coaching carry the name Krishna X. The Money Game consists of books, a free performance audit, free reference material, a course in six modules with a member area, a performance tracker and a complete audit. Coaching on calls is offered apart from the course.

By using this site, taking the free audit, or buying anything here, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, close the page: nothing here is taken from you for reading it. You must be 18 or older to buy.

2This is not financial advice

Nothing on this site, in the audit, in the books, in the course, in the member area, or on any call is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We are not a licensed investment firm, we are not your broker, and we are not registered with the AFM or any other financial regulator. We never tell you what to trade, when to enter, or where to put your money. We work on you: discipline, risk, patience, sizing, behavior. The trade is your business. Always has been.

Everything here is general education about behavior. It is not legal or tax advice either.

Trading carries real risk of real loss. Most people who try it lose money. What you do with your capital is your decision and your responsibility, and it stays that way whatever you read here, write in the course, or hear on a call.

3No promise of results

We do not promise profit, returns, a win rate, or any financial outcome, and we never will. Anyone in this industry who does is selling you something worse than a bad strategy. Your results depend on your work, your market, your capital and a great deal of chance. The market owes you nothing.

The tracker measures whether you followed your own rules. The win rate tracker and the numbers sheet do arithmetic on the numbers you type. None of them predicts anything, and a number on a screen is not a forecast.

4What the audit is, and is not

It is a structured self-assessment. Twenty-five questions about how you behave under pressure, scored by a coach against a framework we built, and discussed with you on a call.

It is not a clinical instrument, a psychological or psychometric assessment, a diagnosis, or a measurement of your worth as a person or a trader. It has no scientific validation and does not claim any. It is a mirror held at a useful angle, and its value is in the conversation that follows.

Answer it honestly or do not bother. Nobody is grading you, and you cannot fail it.

The complete audit in the member area is the same kind of thing at full length: one hundred and twenty questions, scored at once by the page, from your own answers. It is a baseline for your tracker, not a verdict on you.

5What is sold here, and who sells it

On this site you can buy a module of the course, the complete course (all six modules), the performance tracker for twelve months, and a complete audit. All of it is digital and self paced: videos, questions and tools in your member area. The live coaching (90 minutes) and the private course (four weeks) are booked on the calendar.

The prices on the performance course page (the shop) are the prices. All payments are in euros. Prices displayed in another currency are only meant as a guide. The actual price will appear at checkout. Prices include VAT where it applies.

For the course and its instruments (a module, the complete course, the performance tracker, the complete audit): our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders. Paddle runs the checkout, takes the payment, sends the invoice, handles VAT, and handles refunds. When you buy, you also accept Paddle’s terms for buyers, shown at the checkout, and your bank statement shows Paddle’s name. For the use of what you bought, your agreement is with us, under these terms.

The coaching (the live coaching and the private course) is not sold through Paddle. You book it and pay for it on our calendar, which is run by Cal.com; the payment is taken by Stripe. For the coaching the seller is K Hasan, trading as The Money Game.

The books are sold through Amazon, and everything about that transaction (payment, delivery, returns, refunds) is between you and Amazon under their terms. We do not handle your payment details and never see them.

6What you get, and when

A module or the complete course opens in the member area at once, for you, on the email address you bought with, as soon as the payment is confirmed. We mail you a login link.

What you need: a current browser and an internet connection. The videos play on the page and cannot be downloaded. Everything is in English.

The performance tracker is free for 90 days with a module and for 180 days with the complete course. When the free days end nothing is charged: the tracker becomes read only until you subscribe. The tracker is sold for twelve months: 350 euros, with one complete audit. If you own a module you are a student, and your price is 199 euros for twelve months, inside your member area. It renews by itself for another year, and every year you pay for brings one complete audit. You can cancel at any time before the renewal; it then runs to the end of the year you paid for.

If a payment for the tracker fails, the tracker stays open for three more days and then becomes read only until the payment goes through.

The complete audit: one comes with every module, two with the complete course, and one with every twelve months of the tracker you pay for. Two modules bring two. You take it whenever you want; the right to take it does not expire. More can be bought, at the students’ price if you own a module.

The live coaching is 90 minutes with the head coach by video call, at a time you pick on the calendar; the payment is part of the booking. The private course is four weeks with the head coach: twelve calls of 60 minutes, three a week, at times set with you; the complete course comes with it. It is paid in one payment at the booking.

What you buy is for you. One login, one person. Do not share your login or the pages of the course, do not copy or record the videos, and do not use the site for anything unlawful, to deceive, or to get around its security.

7Your right to withdraw, and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made online, without giving a reason. What that means here depends on what you buy.

A module, the complete course and the complete audit are digital content, and you get them at once. Before the checkout opens you tick a box that says: “I ask for access at once and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal when access begins.” Access begins the first time you open what you bought in the member area. From that moment the right of withdrawal has ended. Without the tick the checkout does not open. We confirm your tick by mail.

The performance tracker: you can withdraw within fourteen days of the first payment and get that payment back. After that you can cancel at any time before the renewal, and the tracker runs to the end of the year you paid for.

The coaching, wherever you live: in the booking form you tick a box that says: “I ask for my coaching to start within 14 days. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once it is fully delivered. If I withdraw before that, I pay for what I have received.” So you can withdraw within fourteen days of the booking, as long as the coaching has not been fully delivered, and we pay back within fourteen days of your withdrawal.

You can move a session up to 24 hours before it starts. A session you miss, or cancel later than that, counts as held.

On the private course, if you withdraw in those fourteen days after calls have been held, you pay for the calls you had: one twelfth of the price for every call held.

To withdraw from a purchase through Paddle, go to paddle.net, or write to us and we pass it on; the day your message reaches us counts. To withdraw from the coaching, write to contact@themoneygame.uk. Give your name, the email address you bought with, and what you bought. You can use the form on the refund policy page; you do not have to.

Refunds for the course and its instruments are made by Paddle, to the payment method you used, under Paddle’s refund policy. Refunds for the coaching are made by us, to the payment method you used. The refund policy page says how to ask.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you when something you bought is faulty or not as described.

8The free call

The performance call is free and carries no obligation. You will hear about the course on it, and about coaching where it fits, because that is how this business works, and you are free to say no. Say no and you still keep your score, your map and everything discussed.

The call is recorded so the coach can review it; the privacy policy says how long a recording is kept. Tell us before the call if you do not want it recorded.

Book a slot you intend to keep. If you cannot make it, cancel or move it, the link is in your confirmation. Repeatedly booking and not showing up means we stop offering slots.

9Your account and the member area

Your login is your email address: we mail you a link, there is no password. Keep that mailbox safe: whoever reads it can open your member area.

Your work in the member area (your answers, your cards, your logged days, your complete audits, the numbers of the win rate tracker) is saved to your account, so it is the same on every device you log in on.

When your tracker time ends, the tracker becomes read only. Nothing is deleted: the chart, the log, your cards and every audit stay, and new days can be logged again the moment you renew.

An account that nobody has logged in to for 24 months gets one warning by mail. Thirty days later the work in it is deleted. What you bought stays yours: write to us and we open it again. An account with a running subscription is never deleted.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to deceive, or that puts the site at risk. Unless it is serious we warn you first. What you paid for and did not yet receive is paid back.

We may change, improve or replace parts of the course, the tracker and the member area, to teach better, to repair, to keep it safe, or because the law asks. What you bought keeps working; it may look different next month. If the price of a running subscription changes, we tell you by mail thirty days ahead and you can cancel.

10Reviews

Every review on this site comes from someone who bought and paid; we check that before it shows, and we show the critical ones too. If you send us a review, you give us the right to show it on the site with the name you allowed, your city, the size of your account and what you bought, until you ask us to take it down. We may shorten a review. We never change what it says, and we do not pay for reviews.

11What belongs to whom

The books, the course, the videos, the audit and its questions, the scoring framework, the six dimensions, the tracker, the text of this site, the artwork and the marks are the intellectual property of Krishna X. You may read them, use them on yourself, and quote short passages with attribution.

You may not republish them, sell them, teach from them commercially, download or record the videos, or feed them into a product of your own without written permission. Ask, the answer is not automatically no.

What you write in the audit, in the course and in the tracker stays yours. We hold it to do the job you asked for, under the privacy policy.

12Links away from here

This site links to Amazon, to Paddle, to our calendar provider, and to our social accounts. Once you leave, you are on somebody else’s site under somebody else’s terms. We are not responsible for what happens there.

13Availability

We try to keep the site up, the member area open and the audit working. We do not guarantee it. Things break, providers go down, and files occasionally get replaced with better ones. If the member area is down for more than two days in a row in a period you paid for, write to us and we add the days to your tracker time. No compensation is owed for downtime on something given away free.

14Limits of liability

To the fullest extent Dutch law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the audit, the books, the course, the tracker, the member area, or anything said on a call. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you actually paid for the thing the claim is about.

Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, those cannot be signed away and we would not want them to be. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

15Which law applies

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer you can also go to the court where you live. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU or in the United Kingdom, you keep the protections of your own country’s law, this clause does not take those away.

16If part of this is unenforceable

If a court finds any clause here invalid or unenforceable, that clause is cut and the rest stands. One bad sentence does not void the whole document, and it does not void the parts that protect you either.

17Changes

These terms can change. For the site, the version on this page, on the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. For a purchase, it is the version of the day you bought, which we mail you with your purchase. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.

18Contact

Questions, permissions, complaints, a refund, or a mistake you have spotted: contact@themoneygame.uk. A real person reads it, and a complaint gets an answer within fourteen days.
